v Check & correct by adjusting the rectangular
segment plate in the horizontal direction.
v Replace Encoder III PCB.
v Correct it.

Ø Check Motor
Ø Check the switch of brake pedal

v Replace fuse
v If ok, replace SSR. If not ok, check the foot pedal switch
or MB.
v Replace Motor
v The 12V supply to SSR is through the “NC” contacts.
Check & ensure.

ERR 9
|
Timeout occurred
during the motor run i.e., the motor did not reach the constant speed within
1 minute.

Ø Belt may be loose

v Replace
belt.
|
Ø AC input voltage is low
|
v Check AC input voltage. It should not be below 180V
|

i am having some problem with my balancer machine regarding the distance rod.....and also is moving on anticlockwise direction i what check the encoder 123 but i dont knw it can someone help me

DeleteThe number does not count is like is the encoder...
